The main idea of this article is:
Property market will continue to be monitored with sustainable growth in mind, and more land will be released through the government land sales programme if necessary.This would in turn stem rising rental costs as fewer redevelopments mean fewer apartments torn down.

What I hope to see and do at NE show
Well,I hope to see a lot of fireworks and lots more interesting and magnificant things I never seen before. I had heard that this year's NE show would be fun to see and exciting at Marina Bay. Oh yah! There are also 28 items in the goodie bag. I really can't wait to go the NE show!!!
